· Communicate and collaborate closely with other Designers, Product Managers, Team Leaders, and Business Stakeholders across the KSA/UAE - based team .
· Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
· Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas concepting motion graphic projects.
· Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
· Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
· Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
· Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
· Drive a culture of high ownership, innovation, empathy, and collaboration.
· Being result-driven; full attention to the ultimate harmony of required designs with full responsibility of customer satisfaction.
· Maintain clear and appropriate documentation of all work being created so that others can easily contribute and collaborate.
· Bachelor's Degree in Designing or similar field (a huge plus).
· Having previous experience in the field of Designing.
· (+3 years’) Experience in Motion Graphic Designing.
· Proficiency in using Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
· Deep practical knowledge of other essential Motion Graphic and Animation software.
· Active listening skills and attention to details, in order to accurately envisage the customer’s want.
· Excellence in communication and cooperation skills with the work team.
· Ability to divide tasks and meet deadlines.
